I provide individual therapy grounded in patience, compassion, and evidence-based care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 7 years of experience in counseling. My work has included supporting both adults and teens in navigating complex emotional, relational, and life challenges.

 

I have experience working with individuals affected by trauma, abuse, domestic violence, sexual violence, substance use disorders, legal problems, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship issues, and family conflict. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and responsive to each person's goals and lived experience.

Insurance, Pricing, & Policies

Understanding insurance, fees, and practice policies can feel overwhelming, so this page aims to make these details as clear and accessible as possible. Below you'll find information about insurance, payment, and other important policies so you know what to expect before beginning services. 

If you have questions or need clarification, I welcome open consultations and am happy to help you navigate your options! Sliding scale fees may be available based on eligibility.

Individual Virtual Therapy: $130/session

Last-Minute Cancellation Fees: $50 last-minute cancellation fee if cancelled within 12 hours of your appointment.

Payment Methods: I accept payment via Health Savings Account, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

I currently accept the following insurance providers:

  • Aetna

  • Straight Medicaid

Insurance coverage can vary based on your plan, provider, and individual benefits. If you are unsure or would like to know more about your coverage, I am happy to provide a sliding scale/Good Faith Estimate! Availability may be limited, and options can change over time.
